MESAR HAUS卒業　SF Carl Orff musical education Jazz course修了

クラシックコントラバスを高西康夫氏、ジャズウッドベースを井野信義氏に師事。タンゴバンドネオン奏者やジャズプレイヤーなどのミュージシャンのみならず、ダンサー、人形師、詩人、市川流舞踏家、龍生派華道家、コラージュ作家、刺繍作家など多岐にわたるジャンルのアーティストとコラボレーションを行う。様々なシーンでの演奏経験をいかし、ソロコントラバス奏者として朗読、演劇、ダンスの舞台でも音楽を数多く担当する。その演奏は従来のコントラバス演奏にとらわれることなく、エフェクターやルーパーを駆使した音楽でコントラバスの新しい可能性を開拓し、エレクトロニカとクラシックを融合した革新的なサウンドを展開している。また障がい者と健常者とが平等にアートに参加できる場をつくる”インクルージョン・アート”を提唱し、障がい者施設や院内学級などでの演奏やワークショップも行なっている。

Mitsuru Muraki, Contrabass

Mitsuru Muraki graduated from MESAR HAUS.Finishing the SF Carl Orff musical education Jazz course.He studied the classic contrabass under Mr. Yasuo Takanishi and also learning the jazz woodbass under Mr. Nobuyoshi Ino.As a solo contrabassist, he plays on a wide range of stages of recital, drama, and dance by using his experiences and knowledge.He has been collaborating not only with musicians: the tango bandoneon performer and the jazz player, but also with various artists from different genres such as dancers, puppeteers, poets, dancing-masters from Kabuki Ichikawa-ryu school, flower arrangement experts from Ikebana Ryusei-ha school, collage artists and embroidery artists.He provides the innovative sounds by combining electronica and classic, seeking the new possibility of the contrabass with sound effector and looper to change the ordinary sounds.He advocates “Inclusion Art” to create the space which equally encourages both handicapped and non-handicapped people to participate in the Art. He actually engages in the project by performing music in the welfare facilities and giving workshops.
